Job Summary

This role involves providing essential onsite IT support to clients across Munich and Southern Bavaria, focusing on maintaining and troubleshooting end-user hardware and software. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing maintenance on desktops, notebooks, printers, and peripheral devices, diagnosing and resolving hardware, network, and Windows client issues, and meticulously documenting support requests using standard ticketing systems. The technician will also be responsible for the setup, dismantling, and configuration of various workstations, and onboarding users to new systems or mobile devices, including data and profile backups. The ideal candidate must possess a completed IT qualification (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration), proven experience in troubleshooting end-user devices, and strong knowledge of standard operating systems, Active Directory, and access management. Excellent German language skills and a high degree of customer orientation are mandatory for success in this field-based role.

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification

Experience
