Job Summary
This role is for a dedicated IT Onsite Support Specialist to join one of Germany's leading IT service providers, managing over 600,000 IT workplaces globally. The specialist will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of hardware, including notebooks, printers, and peripherals, and providing crucial local support. Key daily tasks involve analyzing and resolving errors across Windows, networking, and hardware systems, processing support requests via ticketing systems, and documenting all solutions. Furthermore, the role includes setting up new workstations and assisting with rollouts and migrations, as well as instructing users on new hardware and software. Candidates must possess a completed apprenticeship as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent professional experience in IT support.
