This role involves providing essential onsite IT support across customer locations in the Berlin-Brandenburg region, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted IT operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up and configuring new workstations, assisting with IT rollouts, and installing and maintaining standard and specialized hardware such as desktops, notebooks, printers, and media technology. The technician will also manage IT equipment inventory, including asset tracking, issuance, and retrieval, and handle support requests while meticulously maintaining documentation within the ticketing system. Key requirements include a completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or IT Systems Electronics Technician) and professional experience in field customer service and user support. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, a solution-oriented approach, and fluency in German, good command of English, and a valid driver's license for travel within the service area.
