Job Summary

This role is ideal for a dedicated IT Technician focused on maintaining and deploying end-user hardware and software within one of Germany's leading IT service providers. Day-to-day responsibilities include the preparation, installation, and configuration of PC workstations, notebooks, and printers, including necessary software deployment (Betankungsprozesse). The technician will be responsible for analyzing and resolving errors that occur during these deployment processes and maintaining accurate documentation within a ticketing system. Key qualifications include a completed vocational training in IT systems or a comparable field, strong technical understanding of deployment systems, and experience managing hardware inventory.
