This role involves providing essential Onsite Support for a major client in Karlsruhe, acting as the crucial interface between the client's internal IT department and end-users. The specialist will be responsible for executing comprehensive First and Second Level support, focusing on troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues. Key daily tasks include error analysis, remediation, and ensuring high service quality on-site. The ideal candidate must possess a background in IT system integration or a comparable qualification, excellent knowledge of MS Office, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals (DHCP, Firewalls).
