Job Summary
This role involves providing essential Onsite Support for a major client in Karlsruhe, acting as the crucial interface between the client's internal IT department and end-users. The specialist will be responsible for executing comprehensive First and Second Level support, focusing on troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues. Key daily tasks include error analysis, remediation, and ensuring high service quality on-site. The ideal candidate must possess a background in IT system integration or a comparable qualification, excellent knowledge of MS Office, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals (DHCP, Firewalls). This position requires strong customer orientation, communication skills, and the flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift rotation, offering an attractive compensation package and long-term career perspectives within one of Germany's leading IT service providers.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification
Experience

- Experience with standard hardware
