Job Summary
This role involves providing essential IT support, focusing specifically on diagnosing and repairing hardware and software malfunctions across the Apple ecosystem, including MacBooks, iPhones, and iPads. Day-to-day tasks include processing, documenting, and tracking support tickets within a CRM/ticketing system, analyzing technical issues, and assisting the team with escalations. The specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, explaining complex technical matters to clients both on-site and remotely, while strictly adhering to data protection guidelines and security standards. Key requirements include a completed vocational qualification in IT (such as IT Specialist for System Integration), practical experience with Apple hardware diagnosis and repair, and strong knowledge of Apple operating systems and ticketing systems. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in handling Apple hardware including diagnosis and repair processes
