Job Summary

This role is ideal for a dedicated EMC Test Engineer responsible for the preparation and independent execution of Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) tests on spacecraft equipment, adhering strictly to standards like MIL-STD 461 and ECSS. Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing test results, compiling comprehensive test reports, identifying EMC issues, and collaborating across departments to develop effective solutions for improvement. The successful candidate will continuously monitor advancements in measurement technology, driving the ongoing development of test facilities and concepts, and managing the procurement of necessary measurement equipment. Key qualifications include a degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or Physics, fundamental knowledge and professional experience in high-frequency/electrical engineering test and measurement technology, and very good proficiency in both German and English.
