Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the integrity of optical and LCT (Liquid Crystal Technology) assemblies, primarily for space equipment components, often working under strict cleanroom conditions. Key responsibilities include the independent inspection and testing of electronic and optical assemblies and fiber optic splice connections, verifying strict compliance with manufacturing documentation, cleanliness standards, and internal documentation rules. The specialist will be responsible for creating detailed inspection reports for any deviations found and actively participating in the subsequent troubleshooting and defect correction processes. Furthermore, the role involves performing necessary SAP bookings and coordinating inspection procedures with other QA staff. Candidates must bring a technical vocational qualification or extensive experience in micro-technological or electro-technical fields, proficiency in handling microscopes, and strong PC skills, along with very good German and good English language abilities.
