Job Summary

This role is centered on providing essential onsite IT support services for a leading European IT service provider, focusing on maintaining and optimizing end-user infrastructure. Daily tasks include supporting and executing IT rollouts, performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services for various hardware components like clients, notebooks, monitors, and printers. The technician will be responsible for setting up, testing, and troubleshooting network connections, as well as installing, configuring, and replacing end devices and spare equipment. A core responsibility involves conducting functional tests and performing detailed hardware and software error analysis and resolution, strictly adhering to defined SLA requirements. Candidates must possess completed vocational training in IT systems (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration), professional experience in user support and rollouts, and strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and MS Office. Required Skills
