Job Summary

This role involves providing essential on-site IT support and administration for schools and business clients, ensuring seamless IT usage within the Cologne-Bonn-Aachen region. The Field Service System Administrator will be responsible for independently analyzing and resolving technical malfunctions, documenting them systematically in a ticketing system, and performing installations, configurations, and optimizations of IT infrastructure based on client needs. Key requirements include a completed IT education or equivalent qualification, extensive experience administering Windows operating systems, and knowledge of technical support for printers, IT peripherals, and networks. Experience
