Job Summary
This role involves providing essential on-site IT support and administration for schools and business clients, ensuring seamless IT usage within the Cologne-Bonn-Aachen region. The Field Service System Administrator will be responsible for independently analyzing and resolving technical malfunctions, documenting them systematically in a ticketing system, and performing installations, configurations, and optimizations of IT infrastructure based on client needs. Key requirements include a completed IT education or equivalent qualification, extensive experience administering Windows operating systems, and knowledge of technical support for printers, IT peripherals, and networks. This position offers excellent stability, potential for permanent employment with the client, attractive compensation (up to €3,600 gross/month), and a collaborative environment within an innovative technology provider specializing in telecommunications and internet services.

Education
Completed IT apprenticeship (Ausbildung) or comparable qualification
Experience
- Relevant professional experience in IT support or administration
- Comprehensive experience in the administration and use of Windows operating systems
- Knowledge in technical support for printers, IT peripherals, and networks
- Experience working with ticketing systems
Languages
Additional
- Class B driving license (Führerschein Klasse B) is required for field service.
