Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive IT support for standard and specialized equipment within one of Europe's leading IT service companies, supporting a major client (Bayer AG). Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software faults, performing repairs, and executing maintenance tasks such as patching and updates. The specialist will also be responsible for IMAC-D activities (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes, and Decommissioning), release management, and collaborating with manufacturers and suppliers. A key component of the job is maintaining technical and regulatory documentation and supporting risk management processes. Candidates must possess a relevant IT qualification (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician), proven experience in hardware/software support, strong technical knowledge of Windows 10/11 and MS Office 365, and excellent service orientation.
