Job Summary

This critical leadership role involves establishing and managing the new Remote Services division, focusing on the digital transformation of technical facility operations across multiple German locations. The core objective is to ensure efficient, compliant, and fault-free operation of technical systems by leveraging digital remote monitoring and control. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing VDMA 24186-4 requirements into digital maintenance plans for measurement, control, and regulation (MCR) facilities, building and leading a remote monitoring team, and utilizing data analytics for advanced predictive maintenance. You will manage the interface between remote diagnostics and Field Service to optimize on-site efficiency and ensure strict compliance and cybersecurity protocols for safe customer network access. The ideal candidate holds an Engineering degree or equivalent technical certification, possesses deep knowledge of relevant industry standards (VDMA, DIN EN), and has proven leadership skills to drive the shift from reactive to proactive service models.
