Job Summary

This role is ideal for a dedicated IT Systems Administrator focused on providing holistic IT support and project implementation for clients across the German-speaking region. Day-to-day activities include planning and executing IT projects, independently managing existing customer environments, and developing strategic concepts. You will handle project execution within key areas like Microsoft Server, Office 365, Active Directory, and VoIP, while also providing essential 2nd and 3rd level support and system optimization. Key requirements include a relevant IT qualification or degree, demonstrated experience in operating complex IT solutions, and strong technical abilities in heterogeneous network environments, virtualization (Hyper-V, VDI), and firewall management. Required Skills

Education

Completed IT vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist) or university degree, or comparable technical knowledge. Ideally, Microsoft Certifications in Microsoft 365 and Server operating systems.

Experience
