Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive planning and implementation of IT projects for clients across the German-speaking region, focusing heavily on Microsoft environments. The specialist will independently manage existing customer infrastructures, develop technical concepts, and handle project execution across areas like Microsoft Server, VoIP, Office 365, and Active Directory. Day-to-day tasks include optimizing, designing, implementing, and resolving 2nd and 3rd level support tickets. Key requirements include a completed IT vocational training or degree, proven experience in implementing and operating IT solutions, and strong technical knowledge in administering heterogeneous network environments, including Hyper-V, RDS, and Microsoft 365 services. The ideal candidate must be proficient in both German and English and possess a passion for cybersecurity, contributing to the success and continuous operation of client systems.
