Job Summary

This is a pivotal role for an experienced Electrical or Building Services Engineer focused on project steering and execution within a major healthcare provider in Cologne, supporting the expansion into a high-specialization medical campus. The primary responsibilities include comprehensive project control across cost, schedule, quality, and documentation, specifically related to Technical Building Equipment (TGA). You will be responsible for coordinating external specialist planners, managing internal interfaces with planning and maintenance teams, and overseeing commissioning processes. The role requires providing expert consultation on all TGA trades, including interfaces with control technology, and independently developing technical concepts. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering, coupled with 5-10 years of relevant professional experience. Expertise in public procurement, hospital construction, Building Management Systems (GLT), energy management, and the HOAI planning phases (1-9) is essential.
