TenneT is seeking a passionate Strategic Development Manager to drive the energy transition through impactful projects. This role involves steering strategic initiatives, including M&A and participation management, from conception to successful implementation. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities through feasibility studies, performing detailed business case analyses, and providing strategic recommendations to executive management to support informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, coupled with significant professional experience in strategic project management, business development, or consulting, preferably within the energy sector. Success requires strong analytical and conceptual skills, the ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects, and fluency in both German and English.
