This role is ideal for a skilled IT professional seeking a fixed-term position within a leading global IT service provider specializing in infrastructure services for large enterprises and the public sector. The primary responsibilities involve providing comprehensive on-site technical support, focusing on client hardware and software troubleshooting, incident resolution, and adherence to defined SLAs. Day-to-day tasks include the installation, configuration, and commissioning of PCs, notebooks, and printers, as well as executing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities. You will also be crucial in supporting users with mobile devices (iOS/Android), managing tape exchanges, and providing Level 1 technical support for video conferencing systems during events and meetings. Success in this position requires proven experience in incident handling, strong client troubleshooting expertise, and the ability to utilize ticketing systems effectively while maintaining structured documentation. Excellent communication skills in both German and English are essential for customer and ticketing system interactions.
