Job Summary

This role is centered on the technical implementation and management of photovoltaic (PV) systems within a specialized engineering and IT services firm. The specialist will be responsible for critical infrastructure tasks, including generating grid connection agreements for new PV installations and executing complex network calculations. A core part of the role involves utilizing Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to create detailed project plans and managing the technical setup of connections for both energy consumers and producers. Furthermore, the position requires providing expert technical consultation to clients and supporting data quality initiatives through data cleansing. Candidates must possess either a completed electrical engineering qualification or commercial training complemented by strong technical expertise. Required competencies include proficiency in MS Office and a structured, independent work style. Ideally, candidates should also have experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems. The position offers a permanent contract and the flexibility for mobile working after the initial training period.
