Job Summary

This role involves actively shaping and advancing the company-wide Project Portfolio Management (PPM) framework within the Corporate Project Management Office (CPMO). The consultant will be central to ensuring efficient processes, clear priorities, and sustainable project success by working closely with top management and various departments. Day-to-day tasks include supporting the operational assessment and prioritization of projects, implementing and monitoring project and portfolio management standards, and assisting project leaders with planning and control. A key function is generating regular reports and decision-making materials for top management, conducting performance analyses (time, cost, quality), and organizing training sessions and workshops on PM methodologies. This position is ideal for a professional with a background in business, technology, or IT who possesses solid professional experience in a PMO environment and is proficient in various project management methods like PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum, or Kanban.
