Job Summary

This role involves shaping the internal service and consulting offerings for all group processes within the company's headquarters in Gummersbach. The Consultant will be responsible for developing and refining solution concepts for FEM portals, providing technical consultation to development teams on implementing customer-specific requirements, and managing daily operations including customizing, incident management, and stakeholder support. Key responsibilities also include coordinating external consultants, conducting data analysis using tools like Power BI for decision support, and leading or participating in (sub-)projects, including training and knowledge transfer. The ideal candidate holds a degree in (Business) Informatics or Engineering, possesses multi-year experience in portal or application management, and demonstrates a strong understanding of software development processes and testing methodologies, coupled with excellent German and good English skills.
