Job Summary

This role involves taking charge of production planning and coordination for an international company specializing in personal care and cosmetic products. The Production Organizer will be responsible for creating and managing detailed production schedules, overseeing the execution of manufacturing orders, and continuously optimizing existing operational processes to drive improvement. Key daily tasks include analyzing performance metrics and data, and creating and monitoring specific manufacturing orders. Candidates should possess a technical background, such as experience as a Machine and System Operator, combined with several years of practical experience in production planning. Comprehensive knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP) is essential, alongside strong service orientation, reliability, and resilience.
