Job Summary

This 18-month limited role is crucial for executing the product portfolio life cycle within the Sweet & Dry Beverages category, ensuring the Flavor and Ingredients portfolio remains competitive and aligned with strategic goals. The manager will execute and manage products through all life cycle stages, collaborating closely with Strategic Portfolio Value Chain and Request Coordinators. Daily tasks include maintaining and updating accurate product data (including 6-digit codes and status changes), supporting customer and proactive project tastings, and leveraging product and application knowledge for portfolio positioning. The role also involves identifying and implementing complexity reduction opportunities and reviewing promotional materials. Success requires a background in Food Science/Technology or Business, specific experience in the food/flavor industry, strong analytical capabilities, and fluency in both English (C2) and German (C1).
