Job Summary

This is a strategic leadership role requiring an experienced professional to take overall commercial responsibility for the Dermatologikum Zürich, a specialized dermatology center within the Bergman Clinics group. The successful candidate will partner closely with the Medical Director to ensure operational excellence and sustainable economic development. Key responsibilities include managing the budget, forecasts, and P&L, analyzing critical KPIs, optimizing processes and resource deployment, and overseeing all HR-related topics for the clinic. You will lead and develop all non-medical teams and ensure compliance with regulatory and economic frameworks specific to the Swiss healthcare market. This key position demands a degree in Business Administration and mandatory, multiple years of leadership experience within the Swiss healthcare sector, coupled with fluent German skills.
