Job Summary

This senior leadership role requires a Head of IT Operations to ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of the organization's IT infrastructure and operations, including the IT Service Desk, for a leading European specialist clinic group. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and managing a scalable IT infrastructure, overseeing a small internal team of IT Engineers, and managing strategic external IT service providers. Key responsibilities involve driving continuous improvement in ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management), leading infrastructure improvement projects, and ensuring compliance with German and European data protection and healthcare regulations. This position demands strong technical expertise in network and cloud architectures, exceptional operational management skills, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders, all while reporting directly to the Director IT & Digital Germany.
