Job Summary

This specialist role focuses on the critical implementation of the new LabWare Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) within a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant specializing in cancer and life-threatening disease therapies. The core responsibility involves actively shaping and implementing the new LIMS, developing efficient workflows and processes, and migrating master data from the existing LabVantage system into LabWare. The specialist will work closely with international teams and external consultants to configure the system according to internal stakeholder requirements. Key deliverables include creating comprehensive documentation, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions, and conducting user training and providing ongoing support. The ideal candidate possesses relevant vocational training (e.g., Chemist, Biologist, or IT Specialist), desirable experience with LIMS systems, and strong organizational skills, initiative, and fluency in both German and English.
