Job Summary

This role involves operating and monitoring production facilities within a leading global pharmaceutical company, focusing on the manufacturing of pearlescent pigments. The Chemical Technical Assistant (CTA) is crucial for ensuring smooth production flow by supplying necessary raw materials, adhering strictly to quality guidelines (DIN ISO and GMP), and performing maintenance and care of the production equipment. A key part of the daily tasks includes filling pigments into small containers for direct customer delivery and proactively identifying and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions. Candidates must have successfully completed training as a Chemical Technician or equivalent, possess relevant professional experience, and be prepared for shift work. This is a full-time, permanent position offering attractive compensation based on the Chemical Industry collective agreement (up to €4,116 gross per month) plus extra shift allowances, making it a stable and rewarding career step.
