Job Summary

This role involves supporting the operational team leadership in the manufacturing of chemical products for a globally leading chemical company in Wiesbaden. The Industrial Master Chemist will organize and oversee production, assist in creating shift and vacation schedules, and ensure smooth information flow within the team and adjacent departments. Key responsibilities include operating and monitoring production facilities, identifying and resolving malfunctions, performing minor repairs, and strictly adhering to quality, safety, and environmental standards. The ideal candidate must have a completed technical vocational training (ideally as a Chemical Technician) and further qualification as an Industrial Master Chemist, coupled with professional experience in chemical production and familiarity with GMP, work safety, and quality assurance. This full-time, permanent position offers an attractive salary up to €5,723 gross per month according to the IGBCE chemical industry tariff, plus shift allowances and excellent opportunities for permanent employment.
