This role involves hands-on technical support within high-demand data center environments, focusing on the physical infrastructure for a leading European IT service provider serving major clients like SAP. The technician will be responsible for the installation and removal of racks, servers, storage systems, and network components, alongside the meticulous wiring and unwiring of power and network cables (copper and fiber optic) according to documentation. Key responsibilities also include managing support tickets, performing hardware and cabling troubleshooting, and ensuring all activities are accurately documented in customer systems using the English language.
