Job Summary

This role involves contributing to the digital transformation of property management by ensuring a valid data foundation within the Technical Facility Management department of the Saxon Real Estate and Construction Management (SIB). Day-to-day tasks include structured data entry for technical systems, buildings, and contracts, based on reviewing existing documents and conducting on-site inspections. The specialist will independently organize and coordinate data provision, perform data audits, and derive error corrections for various data types. A key responsibility is processing, summarizing, and linking data within the CAFM system with digital documents in the Document Management System, including assisting with the digitization of relevant paper documents. This position requires strong PC application skills, particularly in MS Office, and ideally in CAFM systems, coupled with a meticulous and independent work ethic.

Required Skills

Education

Civil service qualification for the intermediate non-technical administrative service, or a successfully completed vocational training with a technical focus, or in the real estate sector, or a relevant technical vocational training.

Experience

  • Professional experience in technical building equipment (advantageous)
  • Experience in organizing and coordinating data provision
  • Professional experience in data processing and linking within CAFM systems

Languages

German (Fluent)

Additional

  • Valid Class B driving license and willingness to drive an official vehicle. Must not have been previously employed by the Free State of Saxony (due to fixed-term contract regulations).
