Job Summary

This role as a Specialist for Operational IT Security is central to maintaining and enhancing the organization's security posture. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and managing budgets for specialized IT security (sub-)projects, and taking ownership of the development, implementation, and optimization of comprehensive IT and security concepts. A critical focus is ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, including DORA, GDPR, and MaRisk. The specialist will coordinate complex IT and organizational processes, manage interfaces, and conduct thorough analysis of security-relevant data. Key tasks also involve implementing and continuously developing measures for security, emergency preparedness, and incident handling, alongside preparing detailed risk analyses for IT management. Candidates should possess a relevant degree (e.g., Bank Business Administrator or Bachelor's) and multi-year experience in operational IT security, coupled with strong communication skills and analytical thinking. Required Skills

Education

Savings Bank/Bank Business Administrator or Bachelor's degree plus specialized seminar completion, or a comparable qualification (relevant certifications are acceptable and can be acquired post-hire).
