In this dynamic role within the Processes and IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of IT security and optimizing operational processes. Your day-to-day activities involve leading (sub-)projects, managing budgets for security initiatives, and developing robust IT security concepts that align with strict regulatory requirements. You will act as a central coordinator between various stakeholders, implementing framework instructions and conducting training sessions to foster a security-conscious culture. A significant portion of the role focuses on analyzing security data, managing IT emergencies, and conducting risk analyses for senior management. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking, or a related field (e.g., Sparkassen/Bankbetriebswirt), or equivalent professional certifications in IT Security.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in operational IT security and handling complex, cross-functional tasks
- Experience in the creation and implementation of IT concepts, specifically within the Sparkasse IT environment
- Proven experience working with external IT service providers such as Finanz Informatik
- Practical experience managing regulatory requirements including DORA, GDPR, and MaRisk
- Experience in project leadership and stakeholder management across different hierarchical levels
