Job Summary

This role seeks an engaged System Engineer specializing in Managed Systems and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) to ensure high availability and performance of critical systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation and continuous development of IaaS environments, focusing heavily on VMware administration (ESXi, vCenter, vSphere) and implementing robust backup strategies using Veeam Backup & Replication. Day-to-day tasks include managing Windows Server and Active Directory, overseeing SAN/NAS storage solutions, and configuring network structures (Layer 2 Switching, VLANs). This position requires strong analytical skills, a solution-oriented approach, and excellent communication abilities to maintain SLAs, support IT security, and provide 2nd/3rd level support.
