Job Summary

This role involves preparing and planning typical technical building equipment tasks, ensuring the technical and economic success of construction projects. The Specialist Planner will provide technical consulting and support to internal and external clients, assist Project Managers with ongoing construction projects, and define internal technical standards. A key focus is on creating project-specific technical plans and specifications, alongside developing innovative technical solutions in energy and building technology. The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree or qualification (e.g., Electrical Engineering Master, Certified Technician, or Bachelor/Engineer in Electrical Engineering) and possesses several years of professional experience in electrical engineering or technical building equipment, including knowledge of common construction standards. Proficiency with DDScad, E-Plan P8, and MS Office is required, along with strong communication skills and a solution-oriented, independent working style.
