Job Summary

This full-time Qualification Engineer role in Gladenbach involves taking responsibility for the planning, coordination, and execution of qualification measures, specifically within complex freeze-dryer projects in the pharmaceutical industry. Day-to-day tasks include acting as the primary contact for national and international clients on all GMP-relevant qualification topics throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements (EU-GMP), and conducting and documenting essential risk analyses (FMEA, RA). A major part of the role is creating and maintaining comprehensive qualification documentation, such as FAT/SAT protocols and IQ/OQ plans, and ensuring timely client sign-off. The position requires strong technical qualifications in electrical or process engineering, fluency in German, and business-level English proficiency.
