Job Summary

This role involves supporting the 'Startup School THB II' project at the Brandenburg University of Applied Sciences, focusing on the development and operational management of the entrepreneurial campus. The Academic Staff Member will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating innovation and founding formats, such as Entrepreneurship Learning programs. Key duties include providing comprehensive startup consulting, covering foundational business topics like tax, finance, and general corporate development. A significant technical component involves providing methodological support for digital products, prototypes, and app-based solutions, and leveraging AI tools (e.g., LLMs, No-/Low-Code) for automation, research, efficiency gains, and simple prototype development. The role also requires robust project management skills, including operational planning, coordination, deadline controlling using digital tools (MS Office, Confluence), and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including startups and funding bodies.

Required Skills

Education

Completed scientific university degree (Master's level or equivalent) in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Computer Science, or Economics

Experience

  • Professional experience in project and task management, including time and deadline controlling
  • Practical experience in handling AI tools and AI-supported workflows
  • Experience with own company founding and/or EXIST funding or knowledge of the founding process
