Job Summary

This role involves supporting the scientific advancement of the Electronics field within the Technology Department at Brandenburg University of Applied Sciences (THB). The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current specialized research areas, conducting thorough research on scientific topics in electronics sub-fields, and actively preparing research proposals for various funding initiatives. A key component of the job is the acquisition of project partners from the regional and supra-regional business sector, alongside developing exhibits to promote the Electronics subject area externally. This position requires a scientific university degree in Engineering, preferably with a focus on Electrical Engineering/Electronics, and proven knowledge in the field, including experience with UKP laser processes and manufacturing technology. The role is part-time (20 hours/week), project-limited until the end of 2028, and offers a dynamic, family-friendly work environment.
