This is an exceptional opportunity for highly accomplished postdoctoral researchers to join the Cluster of Excellence "CASA: Securing the Digital Society," a major DFG-funded initiative focused on strengthening digital resilience against emerging threats like AI and quantum computing. The role involves conducting independent, cutting-edge research under the mentorship of a Principal Investigator (PI) within an interdisciplinary environment spanning computer science, cryptography, electrical engineering, mathematics, and psychology. Successful candidates are expected to achieve significant research milestones, such as high-impact publications and joint research endeavors, within the two-year contract duration. Applicants must hold an outstanding doctoral degree in relevant fields and possess foundational knowledge in cybersecurity areas like cryptography, system security, or AI and security. This position offers a unique chance to contribute to scientific breakthroughs in one of Europe's most prestigious institutions for basic computer security research.

Required Skills
