Job Summary

This Senior IT Service Technician role involves ensuring stable, secure, and efficient IT services as a primary digitalization partner for the German Federal Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). Daily responsibilities include handling IT and telecommunications (TK) disruptions, adhering to strict service levels, and documenting all procedures using ticketing systems. You will perform essential on-site tasks, including hardware installation, commissioning, maintenance, and updates (Install, Move, Add, Change - IMAC) across over 50 locations. The position requires physical mobility for handling equipment like printers and monitors, as well as participation in on-call duties. Key requirements include a relevant IT/System Electronics qualification, a minimum of three years of professional experience in the IT/TK environment, strong IT process knowledge, and fluent German skills.
