Job Summary

This role involves planning and managing the basic maintenance of overhead lines, radio masts, and associated auxiliary systems, ensuring strict adherence to all quality standards for 50Hertz, a key contributor to the energy transition and power supply for over 18 million people. The Specialist Planner proactively identifies necessary actions, manages complexity through strong self-organization, and coordinates the deployment of both external contractors and internal personnel. Key responsibilities include securing personnel and material planning for line technology, organizing routine and event-driven maintenance, and collaborating with internal and external partners. The ideal candidate possesses a Master Craftsman or Technician qualification in Electrical or Energy Technology, multi-year experience in high/extra-high voltage grid operations, and proficiency in German and standard software. This position requires clear communication, assertiveness, and a commitment to safety and environmental standards during all operations.
