Job Summary

This specialist role is crucial for ensuring the reliable operation of critical digital infrastructure within the company's data centers, actively contributing to the energy transition. Day-to-day responsibilities include comprehensive incident management, involving the analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical failures, with thorough documentation. The specialist will perform installation, maintenance, and upgrades of passive infrastructure, servers, storage, and network components. A key focus is on establishing and maintaining robust cabling, particularly fiber optic connections, and conducting quality assurance tests for new hardware solutions. The ideal candidate possesses vocational training in fields like Electrical Engineering or IT System Integration, coupled with expertise in passive cabling, fiber optic measurement techniques, and fast problem-solving in high-availability data center environments. This position offers autonomous work within the Datacom team and requires participation in an on-call rotation to address emergencies.
