Job Summary

The City of Bad Wildbad is seeking a dedicated, full-time Building Law Specialist to join its Building Law and Administration Department on a permanent basis. This critical role involves the comprehensive review and processing of all building applications, preliminary inquiries, and other regulatory procedures, including ensuring adherence to preventative fire protection standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing expert consultation to builders, architects, and planners, guiding them through complex legal requirements. A core function is the execution of on-site duties, specifically conducting building control inspections and final building acceptance checks. Ideal candidates possess a degree (Bachelor, Master, or equivalent) in Architecture or Civil Engineering, preferably with several years of professional experience in a comparable building specialist role. The position offers a challenging and varied workload, flexible working hours, home office options, and compensation up to pay grade EG 11 TVöD within the public service sector.
