As a Building Inspector for the city of Bad Wildbad, you will play a central role in the Building Law and Construction Administration department. Your daily responsibilities will include reviewing and processing building applications and preliminary inquiries, ensuring compliance with building regulations and fire safety standards. You will serve as a key consultant for property owners, architects, and planners, providing expert guidance through the legal landscape of construction. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (Dipl.-Ing. FH, Bachelor, or Master) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in building law and construction administration
- Experience in reviewing building applications and fire safety procedures
- Experience in conducting site visits and construction inspections
- Ideally several years of professional experience as a building inspector or in a similar capacity
