Job Summary

This role seeks an anchor for complex IoT projects, acting as the critical link between sales, the technical team (Scitis/SOTEC), and the client. The Customer Success and Project Manager takes ownership post-sale, translating vague client ideas into structured, feasible requirements for the development team. Key responsibilities include leading Proof of Concept (PoC) pilot projects, managing budgets and priorities, and ensuring clean delivery without compromising the technical framework. The ideal candidate possesses a technical degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering or Business Informatics) and at least three years of relevant experience. Success requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to structure chaos into processes, and the talent to build deep customer relationships, identifying further product integration potential. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory, along with an affinity for cloud services, ideally Google Cloud. This position offers real growth potential in the stable, high-demand IoT and AI market.
