Job Summary

This is a pivotal leadership role based in Dresden, focusing on the development and optimization of next-generation MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) chips. The Lead Engineer will spearhead an expert team, taking full responsibility for the entire MEMS lifecycle, including design, technology, layout, wafer-level testing, manufacturing, and quality assurance. Key responsibilities involve complex project management, including planning, scheduling critical paths, risk management, budget control, and stakeholder reporting. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in MEMS development, exceptional organizational skills, and proven ability to manage technically challenging projects, ideally complemented by PMP certification.
