Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer focused on creating and managing electrical documentation for automation and industrial systems within a global digital engineering consultancy. Day-to-day responsibilities include the comprehensive planning and project engineering of electrical systems, specifically focusing on generating detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and bills of materials using EPLAN Electric P8. You will be responsible for selecting and dimensioning electrical components, creating essential manufacturing documentation like cable and terminal lists, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards (e.g., DIN EN 61439, VDE). The position requires a completed technical education (Technician or Electrical Engineering degree) and profound, hands-on experience with EPLAN P8 and industrial automation technology.
