Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive administrative and customer support within a leading international machinery and plant engineering company, renowned for its 'Made in Germany' quality. The specialist will assist sales management with administrative tasks, create offers, process orders in collaboration with the field sales team, and manage after-sales customer service. Key responsibilities also include organizing travel, meetings, and events, preparing statistics and presentations, and handling billing and payment tracking. The ideal candidate will have a commercial background, experience in internal sales or export customer consulting, and strong organizational and communication skills to thrive in an international environment. Proficiency in Russian and ideally English is essential, along with a good grasp of MS Office and ideally SAP.
