This role involves providing essential Facility and Operations Support within an international Life Science and MedTech environment in Hamburg. Day-to-day responsibilities include receiving and prioritizing internal requests, coordinating external service providers (craftsmen, technicians), and managing contracts, including procurement and quality control. You will actively support renovation and maintenance projects, assist with internal operational tasks like reception, catering, and event preparation, and ensure compliance with MedTech regulatory requirements (training provided). The ideal candidate has initial experience in Facility Management, technical affinity, and excellent organizational skills.
