Job Summary

This role as a Pharmaceutical Quality Specialist involves ensuring stringent adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements within the pharmaceutical sector. Key responsibilities include actively implementing, maintaining, and continuously developing the Quality Management System (QMS). Day-to-day tasks involve managing critical quality processes such as deviations, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), Change Control, and Risk Management. The specialist will also be responsible for creating, reviewing, and maintaining GMP-relevant documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and reports, and supporting internal and external audits and inspections. Success requires close collaboration with interdisciplinary departments and external partners to drive continuous improvement in quality and compliance processes. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Natural Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field, possesses strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, and demonstrates a structured, quality-oriented approach.
