Pharmaceutical Process Engineer | Prozessingenieur Pharma (m/w/d)

Job Summary
This role involves supporting national and international projects within Life Cycle Management, specifically focusing on process optimization and compliance within the pharmaceutical and life science sectors. The Process Engineer will be responsible for developing process improvements based on deviations and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), and leading troubleshooting efforts for error resolution. Key daily activities include analyzing production processes via monitoring and trend analysis, interpreting process data and key performance indicators, and ensuring the timely creation and review of GMP-relevant regulatory documentation. The ideal candidate holds a scientific or technical degree/qualification, preferably with initial professional experience in biotechnology or biopharmaceutical development, and possesses the ability to lead interdisciplinary teams. Fluency in English is essential for international communication.
Required Skills
Education
Completed scientific degree (e.g., Industrial/Molecular Biotechnology, Food Technology, Pharmaceutical Bioprocess Engineering) or a technical qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in relevant areas (Biotechnology or Biopharmaceutical development) is advantageous
