This role involves leading the comprehensive tender preparation process for Synchronous Condenser projects within Grid Solutions, focusing on securing high-quality orders in global markets. The Tender Project Manager will be responsible for managing the entire bid lifecycle, from reviewing invitations to tender and specifications to formulating effective bid strategies and preparing compelling offer documentation. Day-to-day activities include coordinating extensively with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Procurement, Technical Sales) and external suppliers, conducting detailed risk assessments, and producing accurate tender price calculations using approved tools. The ideal candidate brings longstanding experience in project or tender management, technical expertise in rotating electrical machines and the Transmission sector (FACTS/HVDC), and a Master's degree in a relevant engineering field.
